WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Junior Graphic Designer is an enthusiastic and creative team member who brings ideas to life across print, digital, and event experiences. You will support the creative team by executing design concepts, delivering high-quality assets, and ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and project briefs.
This role is ideal for someone early in their creative career, eager to learn, take direction, and grow their skills while contributing to a variety of exciting projects, including event collateral, digital campaigns, branded content, and broadcast visuals. You will work collaboratively across creative, production, and account teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related discipline
- Previous studio or agency experience through internships or work experience
- A portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions across multiple disciplines and project types
- Strong enthusiasm for all things creative, including emerging trends in design, animation, and technology
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the creation of visual assets across live, virtual, and digital projects while learning from senior designers and production teams.
- Support the creative team in developing concepts, layouts, illustrations, and design assets for print, digital, event, and broadcast projects
- Deliver high-quality brand assets in line with briefs, specifications, and style guidelines
- Assist in the creation of storyboards and visual materials for animation or video content
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with Producers, Account teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure creative outputs meet client expectations
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance
- Support the team with design in Figma, After Effects, and other relevant platforms
- Accept and act on constructive feedback to improve creative outputs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to creative problem-solving
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while producing work efficiently
- Stay curious and up-to-date on design, culture, and technology trends to continually push creative standards
